According to Bloomberg News Beijing reported on November 6, Apple's iPhone X smartphone last Friday. Now, the well-known dismantling company IFixit has dismantled it, mastered its parts supplier details.
Although Apple is more self-designed components, but the company still rely on the global supply chain to supply spare parts to support wireless charging, facial recognition and other functions, and provide some processors.
IFixit has released a preliminary analysis of the iPhone X and the following are the major component suppliers for this handset:
- Qualcomm, Intel supply modem chip;
- NXP Semiconductors supplies Near Field Communication (NFC) chips to support Apple Pay services;
Broadcom supply other wireless components;
Toshiba supplies flash memory chips;
- Cirrus Logic Supplies Audio Components;
Texas Instruments and STMicroelectronics supply other parts;
- Skyworks Solutions supplies other wireless components.
