According to Taiwan media reports, TPV wholly-owned subsidiary Top Victory announced that it will be with China Electronic Information Holdings Panda LCD joint venture 35 billion yuan in Nanjing to build the 10th generation LCD panel factory to produce panels, filters and LCD module. It is reported that the investment program will be the first production of large-size and large size LCD display 10-generation panel plant.

It is understood that Top Victory will obtain a 0.8% stake in the joint venture, Panda LCD holds 99.2% and has the right to operate. TPV pointed out that large size and large size LCD display will supply the mainland large screen TV, local procurement can save import tariffs, and to enhance the global market competitiveness.
